Bronze Members

Bronze “members” are those who refer five or more new patients. They will receive 5% off all treatment including the value of each $50 discount coupon.

Silver Members

Silver “members” are those who refer six to ten new patients. They will receive 10% off all treatment including the value of each $50 discount coupon.

Gold Members

Gold “members” are those who refer more than ten new patients. They will receive 15% off all treatment including the value of each $50 discount coupon

Program guidelines:

Patients who have insurance can apply the coupons and discount to their treatment co-pays.

Although we appreciate all patients who are referred to our office, patients coming in for a consult or second opinion only without any treatment will not be counted towards the “Friends of The Dental Comfort Zone” program or use of the $50 coupon.
